macOS Server Essentials is a three-day course designed to give technical coordinators and entry-level system administrators the skills, tools, and knowledge to implement and maintain a network that uses macOS Server. Students learn how to install and configure macOS Server to provide network-based services, such as file sharing, authentication, and printing. Tools for efficiently managing and deploying macOS and software updates are also covered. The course is a combination of lectures and hands-on case study exercises that provide practical real-world experience.
For Students Enrolled in a Virtual Class:
Each student will need a setup with three (3) devices in order to take the class virtually. One device may be a Mac or iPad, while the other 2 must be Macs with the correct software (and version) being taught in the course already installed.
