UMTS/GSM Core Network
Zaawansowane aspekty sieci UMTS/GSM
This course enlarges basic knowledge related to UMTS (e.g. gained during UMTS Introduction course) and helps to gain a basic knowledge regarding the common UMTS and GPRS core network infrastructure and functionality. It introduces a description of interfaces and interface protocol structure involved in communication within the UMTS Core Network. The course then presents examples of communication between network nodes when handling UMTS traffic, focusing on communication in UMTS/ GPRS Core Network.
Target Audience
The course is addressed to a technical staff as well as to those requiring an appreciation of the UMTS and GPRS Common Core Network Architecture.
Prerequisites
Prior to attending this event, the participants should already have an understanding of the architecture of UMTS system and a basic knowledge on communications in telecommunication networks.
